The SA School of Cookery in Capital Park, Pretoria, provides professional training to young chefs, as well as a variety of fun Cooking and Baking Short Courses for people interested in improving their cullinary skills. Professional training include Chef Certificate Courses, Chef Diploma Courses and Patisserie Diploma Courses. Young chefs receive the necessary professional training and development to the requirements of the Hospitality Industry. The schooling level and/or age entry for the Professional Courses is Grade 12, or over 18 years of age.
