Adventure Boot Camp for Women. ABC is a four week outdoor exercise programme for women, and offers fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training. These camps are for women of all fitness levels, ages and sizes, and motivates them to lose weight, and gain strength, endurance and self confidence, reduce stress and improve energy levels. Certified Adventure Boot Camp Fitness Trainers present the workouts, and exercises include Pilates, jumping rope, core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, circuit training, hiking, fitness kick boxing, sports drills, obstacle courses, mat work, and more.
